Acceptance of Terms

By using PentecostalGPT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

Service Description

PentecostalGPT is an AI assistant designed to provide biblical guidance, spiritual support, and educational resources based on Pentecostal theology. The service includes:

Conversations with an AI assistant
Answers to biblical and theological questions
Personal devotion suggestions
Bible study resources

Important Limitations

PentecostalGPT is NOT a substitute for:

Pastoral guidance and personal spiritual care
Professional counseling (psychological, medical, legal)
Fellowship with your local church
Personal study of the Scriptures

The AI can make mistakes. We encourage you to always verify responses with the Bible and consult qualified spiritual guides for important matters.

User Account & Minimum Age

To use the service you must:

Create an account with accurate information
Maintain the security of your credentials
Be at least 13 years old, OR the higher digital-consent age set by GDPR Art. 8 in your country (14 in Italy, Spain and Cyprus; 15 in France and the Czech Republic; 16 in Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands and several other EU member states). If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, you may only use the service with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Not share your account with others

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the service respectfully and appropriately
Not attempt to bypass security filters
Not use the service for illegal purposes
Not attempt to extract data or reverse engineer the AI
Not use the service to generate harmful content

Family Mode

Family Mode ensures age-appropriate responses. In the free plan, it's always active. By turning it off (PRO/PLUS plans), you accept responsibility for the content displayed.

Plans and Payments

Prices are in US Dollars (the EUR figure shown next to each price is an approximation; your bank applies the actual exchange rate)
Subscriptions renew automatically
You can cancel anytime — premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period
Outside of the EU/EEA right of withdrawal described below, all sales are final: we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated reimbursements for already-charged periods
If a charge is processed in error or fails to deliver the service, contact support@pentecostalgpt.com and we will review the case individually

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) grants you a 14-day right of withdrawal from any subscription contract, without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you can use any unequivocal statement — for example by emailing support@pentecostalgpt.com with the subject "Withdrawal" and the email of the account.
If your withdrawal request is valid, we will refund the amount paid for the current billing period within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Important — loss of the right for digital content: by purchasing a paid plan you EXPLICITLY REQUEST that the digital service starts immediately, before the end of the 14-day period, and you ACKNOWLEDGE that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). In practice, if you have already actively used the paid features (sent messages with a paid minister, generated images, exported PDFs, etc.) we may pro-rate or deny the refund accordingly.
This right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory warranty rights for non-conformity of the service.

Intellectual Property

AI-generated content is provided for personal use. You may use responses for personal study, lesson preparation, and church activities, but you may not:

Resell or commercialize generated content
Present content as your own in commercial publications
Use content to train other AI models

Privacy

Use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in that document.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI responses. We are not responsible for decisions made based on service content.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved amicably. Otherwise, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
